Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the services and products provided by Maija Ilmoniemi (hereinafter "Service Provider," "we," or "us"). By using the website www.maijailmoniemi.fi and/or making purchases and/or ordering services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the website.

1. Services and Products

 

The Service Provider offers communication and coaching services for both businesses and individuals. The services may include, but are not limited to, [public speaking coaching, media training and event hosting]. These services can be customized according to the customer's needs.

2. Agreement Formation

 

An agreement between the customer and the service provider is formed when the customer accepts an offer, order, or contract document. The agreement is binding, and the customer's commitment to the terms of the service provider is in effect for the duration of the agreement.

 

3. Prices and Payment

 

Prices are provided in advance on the service provider's website and/or in the offer. Prices may include or exclude VAT, depending on the nature of the service. Payment instructions will be provided separately to the customer.

 

By making a purchase or payment, you agree that the payment will be made within the agreed time frame. If the customer does not make the payment in accordance with the agreed terms, the service provider has the right to suspend the service or terminate the agreement.

 

4. Customer's Obligations

 

The customer is responsible for providing all necessary information and materials required for the service in a timely manner and ensuring that the information is accurate. The service provider is not liable for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

 

If the customer wishes to cancel or reschedule a booked service, they must notify the service provider at least 48 hours] prior to the agreed time. Cancellations made later than this or failure to attend may result in a charge equivalent to the agreed service fee.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All content on the service provider's website, including text, images, logos, software, and other materials, is owned by the service provider or its licensors. The customer does not have the right to use these materials without prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

The service provider is not liable for any damages incurred by the customer or any third party arising from the use of the service, unless the damage is caused by the service provider's intentional or grossly negligent actions. The service provider is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

 

8. Data Protection

 

The customer agrees that the service provider processes their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Detailed information about how personal data is handled can be found in the

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the agreement between the service provider and the customer will primarily be resolved through negotiations. If the negotiations do not lead to a solution, disputes will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.

 

10. Miscellaneous

The service provider has the right to modify these Terms unilaterally. Any changes will be communicated on the website, and the changes will take effect after the specified date.
